Please read these terms and conditions (“terms”, “terms and conditions”) carefully before using this website (the “service”) operated by “The Young Creative Thinkers Initiative” (also referred to as TYCTI or TYCT Initiative).


We will provide our services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase/donation, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.


The Young Creative Thinkers Initiative is fully registered with the Nigeria Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a Non-governmental Organization (NGO) with the CAC/IT/NO: 127873. And compliant with the Money laundry (Prohibition) Act, 2011 as we are also certified by the Nigeria Special Control Unit Against Money Laundry (SCUML) with RN/SC: 041400360/077940

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of Nigeria and or applicable international laws, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between TYCT Initiative and you, or its business partners and associates.

The site is operated in Nigeria by the NGO, The Young Creative Thinkers Initiative (RC No.: 127873), and personal information will be primarily stored in Nigeria. By supplying personal information to us, to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, you confirm that we collect, maintain, process, and convey such information in and to Nigeria and other countries and territories, Pursuant to Nigeria laws or such other jurisdictions, which may provide lesser privacy protections than the European Economic Area countries. And to the largest extent permitted by applicable law, you recognize that your information may thus be subject to Nigeria and other foreign laws, and accessible to only Nigeria Governments, courts, law enforcement, and Regulatory Agencies. Because TYCT Initiative is located in Nigeria, these data transfers to Nigeria Government are essential to provide the services to you as outlined in our PRIVACY POLICY and also to operate our Platform(s) in general. When relevant, we will obtain your consent for these data transfers as applicable by law.


Visitors may post comments as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaigns, and commercial solicitation.

We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant TYCT Initiative non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.


We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.


If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). However, you are not solely responsible for monitoring your accounts, accounts managers whom you appointed could do so too, and appointing someone to manage your account is at your own risk.

You accept to provide us with all relevant requirements like original government-issued Identity card, residential/home address, and other necessary documents needed for the verification of account/membership. Upon request, you must provide all required documents, else your account will be limited and we would not be issuing you a verification badge, nor our membership Identity card. This will remain like this until you provide all required documents, and TYCT Initiative reserves full right either to reopen your account, remove it from limits, or ask you to create a new membership account.


Before joining TYCT Initiative, you accept to be held liable for all damages you may incur either in the organization, outside the organization, or with the name of the organization. TYCT Initiative disclaims all liabilities and claims of fraud that you may or may not have been guilty of while making use of our online skill acquisition platform.

“You also acknowledge that we should hand over all information we have about you anytime without further consent from you to relevant authorities and legal entities for investigation purposes.”

For the purpose of transparency and integrity, all payments made in TYCT Initiative are not open for refund, and you consent to this agreement having a sound mind before registering and making any payments or donations in TYCT Initiative. When you make payments, we believe you did so for the purpose of having access to part of the services rendered by TYCT Initiative, and we promise to deliver rightly without you even thinking of a refund.

By registering on this website, we believe that you have consciously read, understood, and agree to all governing constitutions, terms and conditions, Privacy policy, and disclaimer, and you issue express consent that we should sign you into TYCT Initiative at your own sole discretion.


While submitting applications to tutor in TYEN ACADEMY, there are some questions you answered. You agree that the application was done with sound mind by you and also, acknowledge that TYCT Initiative reserve the sole right to modify, change completely, or add additional information that may indirectly or directly affect your previous agreement with us. You consent that TYCT Initiative should honor your partnership as an instructor with respect to this agreement and also agree that TYCT Initiative reserve the full right to terminate your account anytime without further permission from you.

If you are TYCT Initiative AUTHORISED INSTRUCTOR/MENTOR, you acknowledged that your payment may vary between unauthorized instructors and you. You also agree that TYCT Initiative should pay you based on the initially agreed amount per batch training, also with respect to the available cash at hand, and not necessarily based on the price paid by students to have access to your training.


As a member of TYEN CLUB, you get paid $500 annually by “The Young Creative Thinkers Initiative.” Please note that the $500 is converted with TYCTI dollar conversion rates as we use a “dynamic approach” for all dollar conversions and all payment will be made in your country local currency. (For Example, Nigerians will be paid in Naira directly to their Naira Bank accounts; however, with our dynamic dollar conversion approach, we aim to maintain minimal TYCTI dollar conversion for Nigerians from 200 naira/dollar and above.)


To qualify for our interest-free loan of up to $1,500, you agree that;

  1. You have read all our legal terms, and understood our modes of operation in TYEN and TYCT Initiative.
  2. You have accessed through the loan contract program to make a choice of your preferred contract term to apply for.
  3. Your application is subject to either approval or disapproval after due consideration by the management.
  4. All loan programs start counting from the exact day you subscribed to the program and end at the exact 3month, or 6months depending on the program you are on. You will have to send an email to [email protected] as a reminder by the end of your program or as soon as you meet up your part of the agreement (listing all active referrals of yours in the mail), so we verify all your claims, grant you confirmations, and process your loan immediately.

When you are done filling and signing the Loan Contract terms, you should scan the original copy, and submit your application to [email protected] for review and considerations.

NOTE: The Loan Contract is only open for already members of TYEN CLUB, and/or verified members of TYCT Initiative.

After you’ve been given your loan, you agree that;

  1. You will be letting us know the business you plan to start with the loan. And if you want our business teams to offer free guides and mentoring, then you will have to submit further required business documents even after you’ve got your loan.
  2. You will always send annual reports of your progress in the business you invested in or started with our loan. (It doesn’t matter whether there was business growth at the end of the year or not.)
  3. The Young Creative Thinkers Initiative should always take 50% of your annual dividends from TYEN CLUB to repay the loan on your behalf. (Those in the 3months contract will have 4years to clear the complete loan, while those in the 6 months contract will have 10years to clear off the loan)
  4. We shall only credit you 50% of your dividend only when you have submitted your annual business report. (This means there won’t be automatic payments on your account again until all loans are cleared completely.)
  5. You will always grant our business investigation team audience when they come for a routine annual check on your business. This will enable us to see how your performing, and if you will be needing more financial support with regards to the progress you’ve made so far.


1) That the modus operandi of TYCT Initiative is completely governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions and this frowns at any slight violation.

2) Similarly, we reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion if we notice any iota of violation of the terms of services, it terms of use, privacy policies, and another relevant national/international laws binding by the organization.

3) These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are bound to be updated to include changes we may have made to our terms of use and information practices. You would be notified, by means of an email (sent to the e-mail address inputted in your account) or by a prior notice on our platforms, before it takes effect. We urge you to regularly review this page for the newest information on our privacy practices.
